Please keep in mind that our office operates by appointment only. Same day appointments are typically available between the hours of 9am-4pm. Early morning & late evening appointments will generally require 12-24 hours notice.

  • If you are 15+ minutes early, you may have beaten Dr. Haeker there. Do not worry, he’ll always be there!!

  • The office must go through a very quick security check and equipment has to be booted back up every time Dr. Haeker leaves the office. He always arrives with plenty of time to do this, however if you arrive early, you may have to wait until your scheduled appointment time for this reason.

  • With Dr. Haeker being the only doctor on staff, being available 12 hours a day 6 days a week is a true sacrifice for his personal and family time. These guidelines are in place to be able to provide this service for you for many years to come. If you schedule an appointment, either online or by phone call, please show up or call to reschedule as a courtesy to our family and other patients waiting to schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be appropriately treated. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and arrive on time.

As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, ASH Chiropractic will send text message and/or email reminders a day in advance of the appointment time.

If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment. As a courtesy to our office as well as to those patients who are waiting to schedule with Dr. Haeker, please give us at least 1 hour notice.

If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 1 hour notice, we may assess a $20 “no-show” service charge to your account. This “no-show charge” is not reimbursable by your insurance company. You will be billed directly for it. This charge is removed once the appointment is rescheduled and the patient arrives on time.
